AGEM releases July 2013 Index
The Association of Gaming Equipment Manufacturers (AGEM) released its July 2013 Index, signifying a rise from June 2013's report. According to the monthly rundown, July's AGEM Index rose 18.59 points (+11.7%) to hit 177.23―a 52.3% increase since the same reporting time in 2012.
The rise is attributed to the positive performance of a number of companies. They include Bally Technologies, which contributed 4.72 points (+27.1%); GTECH, which saw its stock rise by 8.4%, resulting in a contribution of 3.75 points; and International Game Technology, which rose 3.20 points (+10.5%).
